RENTAL RATES are for 24 hours or one day's use. Under most circumstances equipment rented for a Saturday or Sunday function can be picked up or delivered on that Friday, and returned or pick-up that following Monday with a one day charge. Rates are subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT of 50% of total anticipated rental is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due in full on or before delivery or pick up. A 50% fee will be applied to any cancellation of a reservation.
READY FOR USE. All our items have been cleaned and packaged for your protection, and are ready for immediate use.
RETURN CLEAN. China, silver, utensils, chaffing dishes, coffee pots, etc, must be returned clean and free of food. Linen must be food and wax free as well as dry when returned to us. (30% of rental fee may apply for failure to comply.)
REPLACEMENT. We charge a replacement fee for any item returned damaged, broken, or missing.
SECURITY is the hosts responsibility. Equipment must be protected from disappearance and weather-related damage while in your possession.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP SERVICE is available for a reasonable fee depending on distance and labor. Delivery is to ground-floor level, tent, or backyard within a reasonable distance of a loading area. At time of pick up, all equipment should be repacked, stacked as it was received, and in the same area as delivered.
WE DO NOT SET UP ON THE BEACH. We can deliver to a public access with the host signing for acceptance at that location. We will pick up at the same location at the designated time.
